Return and Refund Policy
► Returns/Exchanges:
• Exchanges are available for buyers residing in only EU countries. EU customers have the option to return an item by contacting us within 14 days of delivery and shipping the items back within 21 days of delivery. Please note that returns and exchanges are only applicable for customers within the EU.
•No return and exchange is acceptable other than EU countries.
► Defective Items:
• Our items undergo thorough inspection before shipping to maintain high standards. We disclaim responsibility for damage caused by usage. Photographic evidence is necessary for a refund assessment in the case of damaged items.
• In case of damaged goods, the amount will be refunded, provided a full video proof from opening the the package till the end with no cuts, no filter and no editing. Without the proof, YENRESS COLLECTION will be in no position to process the refund. No claims will be entertained without any proof.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.
• No Refund and Exchange will be considered in case of size issues.
►Conditions for a refund:
• An unboxing video should be from the start of the package including the name, address sheet, and the bill of the order.
• The video should be unfiltered, and unedited with no cuts in between.
The proof should be sent by email in 24 hours after receiving the order.
• If exceeded 24 hours YENRESS COLLECTION will under no circumstance process the refund.
• Only the amount of the product will be refunded and not the shipping cost.
• The exchange of the damaged products will be done according to the availability of the product, in case the product is not available the customer can either wait for the stock or ask for a refund. (shipping charges under any circumstance are non-refundable)
• No refund or cancelations will be initiated while the order is still in transit.
• No refund or cancelations will be initiated if the reason being delay in delivery since we have no control over the courier services.
• No refund or cancelations will be initiated if the order is processed as usual.
► Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
• Double-check shipping details during purchase; inaccurate information is non-refundable.
• Buyers are responsible for handling return shipping, customs duties, fees, or VAT.
• Unfortunately, items that are damaged or used, especially earrings, cannot be accepted for return.
• Custom or personalized orders, unless defective, are non-returnable.
• YENRESS COLLECTION does not offer exchange or refund in case of a change of mind of the customers. Any exchange or refund will only be borne by us if the mistake is from our end and supported by proof from the customers.
• Our packages are not insured. If marked as "delivered" but not received, we cannot be held responsible.
• Discounted items, and sale times are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Sale items are non-refundable.
• If the shipping cost has to be borne by us, the cost should not exceed 80/- (the shipping charges will only be borne by us if the mistake is from our end provided with proof)
• There will be no exchange or refund if the product has already been used by the customers.
• If the customer rejects a prepaid order at the time of delivery, YENRESS COLLECTION will be under no obligation to provide any kind of refund.
• The damage or loss of Zirconia stones is not covered under our exchange, refund, and replacement policy.
• IMPORTANT: If the package is returned due to the customer’s fault (wrong/incomplete address/contact details), only 50% of the amount will be refunded within 15-20 days.
